
Dr Gael Gordon
Senior Lecturer, Registered Optometrist Department of Vision Sciences, Glasgow Caledonian University Gael is clinical lead and supervisor of the additional support needs vision clinic in the Eye Clinic at GCU. Her other teaching responsibilities focus on patient-practitioner communication and ophthalmic professional studies.

Gael’s research interests include aspects of visual perception in typical and atypical visual development, texture and pattern perception and the effect of migraine headache on visual performance.
Gael is also Admissions Tutor for the Optometry, Ophthalmic Dispensing and Orthoptics undergraduate programmes at GCU.
